Your first campaign in 10 minutes

Four steps from signup to sending personalized CRE outreach to your first list of prospects.

Set up your broker profile

Your profile tells the AI who is sending each email. The more specific you are, the more personalized the copy.

  1. 1Go to Settings in your dashboard sidebar.
  2. 2Enter your full name, firm name, and primary market (city or metro area).
  3. 3Add your reply-to email address. This is where prospect replies will land.
  4. 4Save your profile. You can update it any time.

Tip: Use the name and firm exactly as you want them to appear in outreach emails. Prospects will see this.

Upload your contact list

MogulAim sends to your contacts. Upload a CSV of the building owners, tenants, or investors you want to reach.

  1. 1Go to Contacts in the dashboard sidebar.
  2. 2Click 'Upload CSV' and select your file.
  3. 3The importer auto-maps common column headers (email, first name, last name, company).
  4. 4Review the column mapping, confirm, and click Import.

Tip: Your CSV needs at minimum an email column. Download the sample template from the Contacts page if you need a starting format.

Step 3·3 minutes

Create your first campaign

The campaign wizard walks you through generating a personalized, multi-step email sequence using AI.

  1. 1Go to Campaigns and click 'New Campaign'.
  2. 2Step 1: Name your campaign and pick a property type focus.
  3. 3Step 2: The AI generates a 3-email sequence. Review the subject lines and body copy.
  4. 4Step 3: Edit any email directly in the wizard. Subject lines, tone, and every word are yours to change.
  5. 5Step 4: Save the campaign as a draft.

Tip: The more context you give the AI (target market, specific angle, value proposition), the sharper the emails. Spend 30 seconds on the context field.

Step 4·1 minute

Activate and send

No emails leave until you explicitly activate a campaign. Review everything, then go live.

  1. 1From the Campaigns list, open your draft campaign.
  2. 2Review the email sequence one more time in the campaign detail view.
  3. 3Click 'Activate Campaign' to start sending.
  4. 4The first email goes out immediately. Follow-ups send automatically on the scheduled cadence.

Tip: You can pause or deactivate a campaign at any time from the campaign list. Contacts who have already replied are automatically excluded from further follow-ups.

You're ready to prospect

Your campaign is live and running. Check the campaign detail page to monitor sends, opens, and replies.
